Jennifer Golden

Jennifer Golden is an Of Counsel Attorney. Jennifer received her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Miami School of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2008. While in law school, Jennifer was a member of the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review.

Jennifer earned her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida, cum laude, in 2004. While at the University of Florida, Jennifer was a Florida Bright Futures Merit Scholar, on the National Dean’s List, and a member of Phi Sigma Theta National Honor Society and the Hispanic Student Business Association.

Prior to joining Wallen Kelley, Jennifer’s practice involved civil litigation representing insurance carriers in insurance coverage disputes, product liability defense, third-party liability lawsuits, first-party property insurance lawsuits, and professional liability defense.

During Jennifer’s years at the firm, Jennifer’s practice has focused primarily on defending her clients in products liability matters including but not limited to asbestos litigation, personal injury litigation, and commercial litigation. A significant amount of her practice also deals with defending manufacturers against warranty and lemon law claims.
